Mounted members must present for the gear check in full rally uniform and gear to gain attendance.
Members must only be unmounted when circumstances beyond their control, such as personal injury or injury to their horse, prevents them from riding.
Unmounted members must attend in full rally uniform and will be required to assist the instructors when required or carry out relevant rally duties when directed by a member of the committee.
