Occasionally extremely wet and hot weather makes Pony Club unsafe for riding. Should a situation such as this occur, the rally will be cancelled.
As it would not be possible for the committee to inform each member personally on the morning of the rally, members are requested (in extremely wet or hot weather) to contact the DC before 9am on the morning of the rally, or check the website.
This situation would rarely arise.
