By taking out membership to Melton & District Pony Club Inc. you agree to abide by the rules, regulations, policies, procedures and directives as stipulated by Pony Club Victoria and affiliated bodies. You acknowledge that horse sport is dangerous and that accidents causing death, bodily injury, disability and property damage can, and do happen. You acknowledge and agree that neither Pony Club Victoria nor Melton & District Pony Club Inc. shall be under any liability for death, or bodily injury, loss or damage which may be sustained or incurred by the applicant, as a result of participation in or being present at Pony Club Victoria endorsed events, except in regard to any rights you may have arising under the Trade Practices Act 1974.

You acknowledge and accept your responsibility, as a member of Melton & District Pony Club Inc., to help and support the club on club rally days, to help and support the club at club fundraising events, to help with grounds maintenance by way of attending working bees, to help in the running of club-run (PCV approved) competitions and Zone/State Competitions when entered as a competitor.

CLUB SUPPORTER & SENIOR RIDER REQUIREMENTS...
* All Riding Members under the age of 18 must have a Club Supporter
(parent/guardian/carer) in attendance at all times on Rally Days.
* All Club Supporters must "purchase" the free Club Supporter Membership.
Club Supporters are eligible to vote at the club’s AGM &
General Meetings and are also covered by PCV’s Volunteer Insurance
on Club Rally Days.
