Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting is hereby given.

Venue: Melton Equestrian Park, Bulmans Road, Harkness

All Executive positions (President, Vice President, Secretary & Treasurer), as well as General Committee positions are open for nomination.

If you are interested in nominating for a position and would like to know more about what is involved, please contact any of the current Executive.

Who is eligible to become a Committee Member?

Any current riding or non-riding Melton & District Pony Club Inc. member over the age of 18years. All riding and non-riding members must have current Melton & District Pony Club, Pony Club Australia and Pony Club Victoria membership.

Who is eligible to vote at the AGM?

Any current riding or non-riding Melton & District Pony Club Inc. member over the age of 15years. All riding and non-riding members must have current Melton & District Pony Club, Pony Club Australia and Pony Club Victoria membership.

ALL NOMINATIONS & PROXY VOTING APPOINTMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED ON THE OFFICIAL FORMS PROVIDED BELOW
