Rules of Incorporation

Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting is hereby given.

 

Date: Sunday 25th August 2024

Time: 1.00pm

Venue: Melton Equestrian Park, Bulmans Road, Harkness

 

All Executive positions (President, Vice President, Secretary & Treasurer), as well as General Committee positions are open for nomination.

Who is eligible to become a Committee Member?

Any current riding or non-riding Melton & District Pony Club Inc, member over the age of 18 years. All riding and non-riding members must have current Melton & District Pony Club, Pony Club Australia and Pony Club Victoria membership.

Who is eligible to vote at the AGM?

Any current riding or non-riding Melton & District Pony Club Inc, member over the age of 15 years. All riding and non-riding members must have current Melton & District Pony Club, Pony Club Australia and Pony Club Victoria membership.

ALL NOMINATIONS & PROXY VOTING APPOINTMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED ON THE OFFICE FORMS PROVIDED BELOW

Nomination & Proxy forms must be received by the club Secretary no later than 1 month prior (by 24th July, 2024) to the Annual General Meeting.

50 Year Partnership


Melton Pony Club was born in 1970 with life members Coral Watt (Granger), Kevin Richards and Bob & Joan Jenkins at the helm.
 
In 1972 Melton Pony Club officially joined the Pony Club Association of Victoria and became part of the Central Zone. Together we have weathered the past 50 years and look forward to another 50 years together.
